To the editor:
This letter is directed to the person who stole my granddaughter's bicycle:
That bike was special to her. Her "pop-paw" bought it for her. She named the bike Sparkle. We had a placard with that name on it. We put it on her bike. She lost her "pop-paw" in June. Now, she's lost her bike too. How much heartache is a little girl supposed to have?
Did the light come on in the carport? If so, we have a picture of you. That light contains a camera. If you return the bike (in the middle of the night like when you stole it) we won't pursue prosecution. Otherwise, be prepared to go to jail or juvenile detention.
