CHARLOTTE — Thomas Aaron Wheat, 87, passed away on Feb. 19, 2021. He was born in High Point, to the late Lee and Estelle Roach Wheat. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Holston Wheat, brother, Horace Wheat, and sisters, Edna Grubbs and Lois Burton. Survivors include his children, Candi Wheat Lethcoe (John), Tommy Wheat, Billy Wheat (Trudi); brother, Gerald Wheat (Carol); and grandsons, Shawn, Aaron, and Wyatt. Services held by the family will be private.
