CHANGE FROM J&J DOSES

The Davidson County Health Department has a previously scheduled J&J vaccination clinic planned for Saturday, April 17, at the health department. Individuals who have scheduled appointments for the J&J vaccination clinic may keep their scheduled appointment time and receive the Pfizer COVID vaccination if they choose.

WALK-IN VACCINATION OPTION

Walk-ups are now accepted at all Cone Health COVID-19 vaccination sites and community clinics. Cone Health is using the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.

FARM WORKERS ASSISTANCE

Employers that have farmworkers with valid H2A visas who must be quarantined during the 2021 growing season due to COVID-19 will be able to apply for assistance to offset quarantine expenses. A total of $2 million will be available through the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services COVID-19 Farmworker Quarantine Reimbursement program. For details go to bit.ly/3uTYbr5.
