RESCHEDULED VACCINATIONS

The Davidson County Health Department says that all COVID-19 vaccinations that were canceled Thursday because of the winter storm will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 23. The appointments will be held at the same time of day and same place as originally scheduled. There is no need to call to reschedule the appointments.

CLINIC POSTPONED

Wake Forest Baptist Health is rescheduling some upcoming patient vaccination clinics due to expected severe winter weather and first-dose vaccine shipment delays from severe weather across the country. At High Point Medical Center, all second-dose vaccination appointments scheduled for today have been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 23, at the same time of day as the original appointments. This date remains within the window of second-dose effectiveness.

STORM DELAY

Due to severe winter weather causing COVID vaccine shipment delays, the Randolph County Public Health Department COVID vaccine appointment line is closed. Appointments for Thursday will be rescheduled. The appointment line will reopen once the department knows when to expect vaccine shipments to resume.
