• Tita Okitana Lufudu, 40, Forrest Street, High Point, was charged with assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age and failure to appear, June 8.

• Pascaline Bahati, 33, Forrest Street, High Point, was charged with affray or simple assault, June 8.

• Whitney N. Montford, 31, Boundary Avenue, High Point, was charged with violating restrictions of a release order, June 8.

Incidents

• Police are investigating a break-in to a Jeep Patriot along Vernon Place in which $600 worth of shoes and boots were stolen from the trunk of the vehicle, June 8.

• Police assisted with a drug overdose victim brought to a fire station on Whites Mill Road. A pickup truck with three occupants pulled into the fire station for help for someone who had overdosed on heroin. The person received medical treatment at the scene but refused transportation to a hospital and was driven home, June 8.

• Police are investigating a break-in to a BMW X5 along Anderson Place. A check and coins were stolen, June 8.

• Police are investigating a break-in to a Chevrolet Aero along Hines Street, June 8.

• Police assisted paramedics with an overdose on Green Drive in which a woman was revived with Narcan, June 8.
