• Haven D. Gibson, 25, Ambassador Court, High Point, was charged with assault and battery or simple assault, March 31.
• Michael L. Greene, 51, Ardale Road, High Point, was charged with assault inflicting serious injury, March 31.
• Carnetha Little, 40, Thomas Street, High Point, was charged with assault by pointing a gun, March 30.
• David Aaron Brewer, 41, Baker Road, High Point, was charged with one count each of assault inflicting serious injury and larceny, March 30.
• Alejandro Guevara, 33, Shadow Valley Road, High Point, was charged with assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age, March 30.
Drugs/Alcohol
• Rodney Ford Duke Jr., 43, Asheberry Street, Thomasville, was charged with one count each of trafficking methamphetamines and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance Schedule II, March 31.
• Zachary George, 31, homeless, High Point, was charged with one count each of impaired driving and carrying a concealed gun, March 31.

• Asa Owens III, 32, Alamance Church Road, Greensboro, was charged with a probation violation, March 31.
• Jihad Williams, 30, Willow Road, Greensboro, was charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, March 31.
• Mitchell Monroe III, 55, Franklin Avenue, High Point, was charged with second-degree trespass, March 31.

• Police are investigating the theft of bank account deposit slips from a church on Leonard Avenue, March 31.
• Police are investigating the theft of a wallet and other personal items from a Chevrolet Equinox parked along Sharon Circle, March 31.
• Police are seeking whoever defrauded a resident of Beaucrest Avenue out of $400 in a banking account fraud, March 31.
• Police are investigating an attempt by a customer use a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for an order at a fast-food restaurant on S. Main Street, March 31.
• Police went to a residence on Garrison Street after a woman reported being bitten by her house cat, March 31.
• Police are seeking whoever stole $416 worth of copper wiring and brass from a business on English Road, March 30.
• Police are investigating the theft of $1,000 worth of copper wiring from a business on Bethel Drive. Officers were told someone broke into the business and took copper wiring out of the ceiling, March 31.
